The provisions of this Contract are subject to Hobart’s credit approval and may be revised from time to time at Hobart’s discretion. In the event that a Hobart Technician is not able to carry out a service due to a lack of parts availability, a written quotation will be provided by a local Service Centre. This quotation will include the cost of any additional parts required for the repair and a payment plan for these parts. The Services will not be carried out until the Customer has agreed in writing to the proposed payment schedule. Hobart may withhold services or parts if Customer is in arrears of payments as set out in the Service Agreement.
