It is said it?s in the British Virgin Island?s most beautiful island that Richard Branson, rich founder of Virgin Records has built, on an islet in a lagoon in the northern part of Virgin Gorda, his magnificent villa.

The island, it?s tru is a wonder, and the incredible pilings of giant blocks of granite that are sprinkled on the beath of the Baths certainly creates one of the most beautiful sights in all of the Caribbean.

For me the British Virgin Islands are the last British stronghold before the American or Hispanic nations that stretch westward. I have little sailed this archipelago, but a sailing couple, fiends of mine definitely localize Paradise somewhere in a corner of vast Gorda Sound.

The group?s other islands, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, not forgetting the small islets that are lined south of Tortola, one of them having inspired Stevenson when he wrote ?Treasure Island? : here, a vast domain for cruises opens up to sailboats, so it is not a surprise that a large numder of the people who visit the British Virgin Islands arrive here on a sailboat, or come here to rent one.
